App: Enough - Rosacea Tracker ("Own your rosacea")
Developer: Tucknology Works LLC
Contact: info@enoughrosacea.com
Overview
Enough - Rosacea Tracker ("Enough," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is built to keep the information you care about most on your own device. The App works without an account — you don't create a login or give us your name, email, or password. This policy explains what stays on your device, the limited usage information we receive through our service providers, how it's used, and the choices you have.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Your tracking data stays on your device
The App is a personal habit- and activity-tracking tool. The information you enter and track is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us or to any third party. This includes:
- Your photos
- The entries you log, such as ratings, triggers, mood, products, routines, and notes
- Your profile information and preferences
We have no ability to see, retrieve, restore, or transfer this information. Because it lives only on your device, deleting the App, reinstalling it, or switching devices may permanently erase it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Information we collect through analytics
To understand how the App is used and to improve it, we use PostHog, a third-party analytics service. Through PostHog, the following limited information leaves your device and is processed on servers in the United States:
- Screens you view. The App reports the names of the screens you visit and how you move through the App. Some screen names relate to the features you use (for example, a screen used to log an entry). We collect the screen name and the fact that it was viewed — not the values you enter on that screen.
- Key in-app events, such as starting and completing onboarding, the onboarding step viewed, and viewing the subscription paywall.
- Technical and usage information automatically collected by the analytics service, including your IP address (used to estimate general region — for example, country or city — and then discarded or stored per our provider's settings), device model, operating system version, App version, language/locale, and time zone.
- A persistent anonymous identifier generated by the analytics service to distinguish one device from another. It is not your name and is not tied to an account, because the App has no accounts.
We use this information only to understand general product usage and improve the App. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We currently keep screen-view analytics on so we can learn how people use the App. As we grow and understand usage better, we may reduce or turn this off.
Subscriptions and payments
Enough offers subscriptions. We use Apple to process all payments and RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
- Apple handles your purchase. We never receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or Apple ID password.
- RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information (such as your subscription status and transaction/receipt identifiers), along with your IP address, device information, and the same anonymous identifier described above, so we can deliver the features you've paid for.
Apple's and RevenueCat's handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Crash and diagnostic data
We do not operate a third-party crash-reporting service. If you choose to share diagnostics with developers through Apple's standard system setting, Apple may provide us with limited, aggregated crash and performance information. That sharing is controlled by you in your device settings and handled by Apple.
The third parties that receive information
We share information only with the limited service providers needed to run the App, and only so they can provide services to us:
| Provider | What they receive | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| PostHog (US) | Screen views, in-app events, IP address, device/technical info, anonymous identifier | Product analytics |
| RevenueCat (US) | Subscription/purchase data, IP address, device info, anonymous identifier | Subscription management |
| Apple | Payment and transaction data; opt-in diagnostics | Payments, App Store, app analytics |
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this policy).
How we use information
We use the limited information above to operate and maintain the App, understand how it's used so we can improve it, diagnose and fix problems, deliver and manage paid subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
Information you enter stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Analytics information held by PostHog is retained for up to one year on our current plan (some paid plans allow longer retention). Subscription information held by RevenueCat is retained for the life of the App, until we delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle. Because the data you track and your photos stay on your device, their security also depends on your device's own protections, such as your passcode and device encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Enough is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, contact us at info@enoughrosacea.com.
Your privacy rights
International data processing
The App is operated from Colorado, USA. The limited analytics and subscription information described above is processed in the United States by our service providers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" above and provide notice in the App where appropriate.
